Queen's Neuroscience Institute provides state-of-the-art medical care to patients with neurological diseases through the integration of clinical excellence, education and research. MDA Clinic at Queen's

Starting December 1st, the MDA clinic, funded by the Muscular Dystrophy Association, will be held monthly at the Queen’s Medical Center’s Outpatient Clinic. The clinic provides multidisciplinary care to patients with muscular dystrophy, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS | Lou Gehrig’s Disease), myasthenia gravis, Charcot-Marie-Tooth, mitochondrial myopathies and other neuromuscular diseases that are covered by MDA. As a patient at the MDA Clinic, you will have access to the following specialties:

  • Physical therapy
  • Speech therapy
  • Occupational therapy
  • Social worker
